Birth Doula Plans
Birth Only Package
$1000
The Birth Only Package includes support during labor and delivery, with you providing me with your birth plan in advance so I can support you in the birth experience you desire. I’ll also suggest helpful classes to help you prepare for your big day.
Services I Provide:
- Attend your labor and delivery
- Provide guidance and support throughout the process, including texts & phone calls before labor begins
- Available after birth to answer texts, calls, and any questions regarding postpartum recovery
- May offer a follow-up visit after birth to assist if necessary
**MN Medical Assistance Plans cover doula services and may cover many of these “Packages”. Please check with your healthcare provider for more information**
Standard Birth Package
$1500
The Standard Birth Package includes everything from the Birth Only Package, plus 4 in-person visits to support your birth journey. During these visits, we’ll cover education on labor, pain relief options, and natural comfort techniques. I’ll assist with your birth plan and provide postpartum support with breastfeeding and support with changing hormones.
Services I Provide:
All services included in the Birth Only Package, plus:
- Education on what happens to your body during labor and medication/pain relief options, including benefits and risks
- Coaching on natural birth pain relief measures and techniques
- Assistance in forming your birth plan and what to include
Premium Birth Package
$1700
The Premium Birth Package includes extra visits to help encourage optimal baby positioning before birth and to provide additional postpartum support as needed.
This is a combined total of 6 prenatal and postpartum visits, plus support during labor and birth.
Services I Provide:
All services included in the Standard Birth Package, plus:
- 1-2 additional prenatal visits to help ensure your baby is in the best position for a smooth birth
- Extra postpartum visit, if needed or desired, to provide continued support as you recover and adjust to life with your new baby
Ultrasound Services
Non-Diagnostic Ultrasound Services – $150/hr
The Non-Diagnostic Ultrasound Service offers a 2D non-diagnostic ultrasound performed in the comfort of your home. You can invite guests or even have an ultrasound at your baby shower. The ultrasound session lasts about 30 minutes and includes several pictures of your baby, which can be printed or downloaded to a flash drive. (30 minutes reserved for setup and teardown of equipment).
*Offered independently – Doula services are not required to receive Non-Diagnostic Ultrasound
Services I Provide
- In-home 2D non-diagnostic ultrasound (about 30 minutes)
- A few printed pictures of your baby (or several saved to a flash drive)
- Available for family or baby shower gatherings
Limited Diagnostic Ultrasound Services – contact for more information
I provide Limited Diagnostic Ultrasound Services to confirm and date your pregnancy, performed with a valid doctor’s order at partnering pregnancy centers. If you’re interested in a diagnostic ultrasound to confirm or date your pregnancy, contact me and I will connect you with the nearest pregnancy center where I am available to perform your scan.
Note: Limited diagnostic ultrasounds are performed only through pregnancy centers and require a valid doctor’s order through the pregnancy center. Some restrictions apply.

- Limited diagnostic ultrasound to confirm and date pregnancy
- Available through participating pregnancy centers
- Offered free of charge with a doctor’s order

Car Seat Services
Complimentary Car Seat Check – Free
The Complimentary Car Seat Check includes personalized support to help you choose the right car seat for your child’s age and size, plus hands-on installation assistance to ensure it’s safely and correctly secured. I’ll also provide education on proper car seat use so you feel confident transporting your little one.
Services I Provide:
- Help selecting a car seat based on your child’s needs
- Car seat installation assistance
- Safety check of your current car seat setup
- Education on proper use to support long-term safety and confidence

While car seat checks are always complimentary, donations are warmly accepted. Your contribution helps make it possible for an expectant mother—who may not otherwise be able to afford it—to receive doula care and the support she deserves during pregnancy and birth.
